San Juan Del Sur is a region in the southwest of Nicaragua that offers a variety of activities to visitors. It is known for its beautiful beaches, including Playa La Flor, Playa El Coco, Playa Maderas, Playa Hermosa, and Playa Remanso, which are ideal for swimming, surfing, and sunbathing. Our roads are meticulously maintained, spanning from the lowest point to the highest point of the project, to ensure smooth and secure travel for you and your loved ones, regardless of the weather conditions outside.
Water
Security
An additional 300ft well was drilled earlier this year to ensure that water will never be an issue for the long-term. Cuesta Bella now has 550ft of drilled well. In addition, 4 enormous holding tanks have been installed for backup ensuring water for days in the event of a hiccup.
A guard post with a security agent located at the entrance ensures the surveillance of the premises to protect your property and people
